COLLIDE CONFERENCE (when faith & culture clash)

A Clash of Worlds, A Global Perspective
How do we understand and live out our faith in a world that is increasingly at odds with what we believe? What do today's global developments, unfolding financial crisis and rapidly changing events in the Middle East mean for believers? While working for the Indiana State Government, former Trade Specialist and acclaimed international speaker Gary Kah learned of efforts underway to establish a one-world political/financial system. He also discovered there was a religious motivation connected with these endeavors. His books, En Route to Global Occupation and The New World Religion, are critical to understanding today’s global developments. Gary has spoken at more than 800 churches, conventions and universities throughout North & Central America, Europe, Israel, India, and the Caribbean.
This February 11th, join Gary Kah, writer, researcher and author Carl Teichrib, and GME President Rob Johnston to find out how we should respond and continue to advance Kingdom work in these challenging and unprecedented times.

Understanding our Times conference
February 2022
GME hosted a men's weekend with author Carl Teichrib with over 40 men joining us from all over southern Manitoba. We started with supper on the Friday evening followed by our first session. Saturday morning we had two sessions, followed by a delicious home made lunch prepared by our incredible volunteers. In the afternoon we dived into a Q&A discussion where attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and participate in a panel discussion. Following the very positive feedback we received regarding this conference, we look forward to doing it again on a larger scale.
It is absolutely vital that we understand the world views that are being propagated by our world leaders at this time. The three sessions with Carl were recorded and you can watch them on our YouTube channel below.
Church in the Park

Island Park, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba
The ignite team was privileged to lead worship at Portage la Prairie's annual Church in the Park service. Pastor Bill Galston (Vineyard church) and Pastor Rod Brown (First Baptist) gave the message.
After the service, GME hosted a BBQ fundraiser, selling over 180 hotdogs and raising around $500. Worshippers gathered for a wonderful time of food and fellowship.
Ladies Mexican Breakfast
May 28th, 2022 - Portage la Prairie, Manitoba
GME held a women’s breakfast hosted at a delicious local Mexican restaurant, Mole Guacamole, in Portage la Prairie.
Twenty women of all ages gathered to enjoy a time of fellowship and delicious Mexican food before hearing about the exciting launch of GME’s new initiative, a partnership with global ministries to support the work of the Kingdom in their communities.
